The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer stated in the bid that motorcycle was in a house or home business. That's a misrepresentation of the facts. The motorcycle is to be picked up from an auction and deliver to another auction.
That is an enormous investment of time that is not stated in the transaction.
I was expecting a quick delivery from a house or home business.
This is not right for me. It takes my whole day. Response from Bill O.: You knew the pick up and delivery locations on Friday. I confirmed with you the bike had to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday and you said that would not be a problem. The bike wasn’t delivered. I then called you Tuesday night and you stated it would be delivered Wednesday. It wasn’t. So I called you that night and asked you to cancel the shipment. You never said you had a problem with the pick up and delivery locations until now.
