There was a lot of missed communication on the day of pick up, and worse for me, the day of drop off. It was stressful, because I had no idea what was going on. It ended up being really late when they finally arrived. Apparently they ended up having to deal with the awful sellers of the appliances (who initially seemed honest, fair, and professional), and were very sweet to deal with once they arrived. Other than poor communication (common complaint on here), price was great, and they were too.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Sadly, after initial contact via text, Justin completely dropped the ball. Never contact either the seller, whose email and phone number was provided to him, nor me, to inquire further or to pick up, and it was due to have arrived by today. Didn't even respond to me, and I tried one voicemail, a missed call, and a few texts, over the period of about a week. I took the time to read his reviews and saw others saying the same thing, but most of them were good, so I took a leap of faith. It's a sham

Frank and Lois are nice, funny and more importantly, friendly and professional. They were flexible with the timing, prompt and courteous, well priced, and very professional. They met with my buyer and her experience was positive as well- Frank did a great job! I would recommend them in a heartbeat....Just like all their other reviewers!!! Thanks so much- it's so refreshing to be 100% happy doing business with someone :)

Melissa and "co-driver" were great! They got the insurance coverage I requested, were timely and kept in touch the whole way through. Not bad for relative beginners on here! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
