I have been contact Nathaniel We still have not received payment for this invoice and it is now 40 days overdue. He is not answering mobile. No reply of my email or text messages. if full payment not received by 30th of April 2015. We will refer your details to global debt collection Agency, Euler Hermes for collection in full along with interest costs and charges.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The are scheduling limitations the shipper has that were not apparent on booking and have become to difficult to resolve.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I have been unable to reach the service provider after a reasonable amount of time. The delivery was meant to happen at the end of last week and while there have been some mitigating circumstances on the service providers end I'd rather deal with someone who communicates in a timely manner.
