This is our first time with uShip, and Kaztransport provided excellent service. He was very responsive to our many emails & questions, and was easily contactable, whether night or day. We were not at the pick-up, but all our instructions were carefully followed, and all the blanket-wrap-required items were properly wrapped. Everything arrived in perfect condition, including several boxes of china. He was overall very flexible and helpful. We are very happy with the whole experience.
