The shipper was very helpful with coordination and flexibility with the auction pieces as item was being picked up during storm that turned to flood.

The customer did not give the correct time for the pick up location. We arrived, place was closed. call the customer several times, even left a message, no answer until 18hrs later. Her answer to this was I should have researched the owner and try to get in contact with them. Every shipper had their items ready when I showed up, and delivery is time sensitive, I don't have the time to investigate something like that, especially knowing she was not answering her phone.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider did not pick up my shipment. I was expecting delivery yesterday and only found out by my initiative of calling him that he did not have my furniture and therefore was not delivering it to me yesterday.

Tina and James were GREAT! Kept lines of communication open at all times. Received shipment an entire day ahead of time. I would recommend them to anyone who can use their services. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Tina and James!
