After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We regret that your experience did not meet expectations. However, the pickup address and company information provided were incorrect, and we later learned the equipment was located in a storage unit rather than a business location. Pickup was also delayed multiple times due to the availability of the designated contact. Throughout the process, we responded promptly during business hours and worked diligently to coordinate the shipment despite the challenges.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have been shipping vehicles over 20 years and this was the worst experience shipping anything. This broker sent a driver in a uhaul truck with 3,000lb weight capacity to pick up a 8,000lb forklift. Explanation was he told the contracted driver to bring ramps which he did not. Then the broker ghosted me and never sent another driver as promised. Stay far away from USA World Transport, you’ll thank me later.
