I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Customer fail to input pickup information in booking making it Impossible to accomplish the pickup
Once customer did finally forward information the route had move on

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. After multiple attempts to contact the customer over a period of one week via text, call, and voice-mail in regards to providing an address for the pick up location, the customer has continually failed to respond. As I am currently on my route, time for response has run out, as I will not delay other customers due to Jeff's inability to communicate and provide the address needed to pick up his shipment.
