Really nice guy. Very flexible and willing to help out. Had some issues on the back-end with the unloaders not showing on time, but not directly Ralph's fault, and a miscommunication about who covers the deposit. Also, the decline of the SF hills are a little tough to navigate with a trailer, which I didn't make clear but would be known by anyone familiar with the Bay area. Would recommend, and everything was resolved in the end, but just make sure everything's clear on both sides.
