After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I can't stand when people like you lie so much for no reason. Claiming I don't have insurance when I do. Sitting in an office pretending to know everything about shipping. Every once in a while little devils like you pop up to harass good people who have many years of solid consistent work. My track record and hundreds of happy customers speak for itself. You are not a customer of mine. Just a miserable person who thinks its ok to lie about others. You're a very sad individual.

We canceled the shipment as your vehicle is not properly registered or insured for hauling over 5000lbs making any claims void. We are boat brokers with over 20yrs experience and 100s of shipments

I had told Blair that Paul would be there Monday, he had a wheel bearing go out and had to put it in the shop, he was delayed for 2 days. The deposit is non refundable as it states in our terms and conditions, guess you should have read that before booking. If you ahd been patient and waited your trailer would have been picked up and as of yet you still don't have it picked up. Who also tried to book with someone else just in case it didn't work out the day after you accepted our bid! SHADY CO.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services As stated in the add, shipper must have and be able to provide a valid USDOT/MC number, commercial insurance certificate, and confirmation that the policy covers a boat and trailer. Driver does not have a Dot # making insurance void incase of an accident or claim also Dot # required for crossing state lines with a shipment.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I sent $500 to hold the booking which was a mistake. The service provider did not show up Monday to pickup the trailer because of mechanical problems. I called a number of times trying to contact the Janice and the driver with no luck. Finally got hold of her Wednesday by blocking my phone # and she had more excuses. I informed her I would like to cancel the shipment and have the $500 refunded. There has been no money sent back and she again won't answer her phone. I have contacted the BBB an

He got refunded the deposit, he loisted the same shipment the day after accepting my bid told other TSP it was just in case. Truck had problems and driver was less than 200 miles away and he couldn't wait an extra day. I held up giving him his deposit back after he wouldn't cancel uship bid and threatened to send his "people" to my house. All could have been avoided if you had just agreed to cancel uship the day you didn't want us to come get it instead of waiting 5 days shady co read his feedba

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper went to pick up the boats and they could not be hauled as the trailers where not safe to haul in the state they where in. The shipper had other shipments to complete and could not wait for the repairs.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward There is always a problem with this company. He agrees to a price then changes it . I have also had boats delivered with damage or missing parts. I do not recommend this company to any one.
