Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward We informed the customer that we had a rental truck returning from California that was impounded, causing unexpected delays. Some of the items on that truck are needed for our next West Coast run, so we first need to retrieve them before departing from Boston. Additionally, our UShip account has recently been restricted due to customer complaints. we have been unable to communicate with customers or book the additional shipments we had planned to consolidate with theirs, causing more delays.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I came to pick up the shipment this morning, had everything ready and upon trying to load the shipment, the shipper stated they were not comfortable with me shipping it. I was willing to, but they did not want to proceed.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Was to be collected 28th. Told Truck departing Boston. Told on 22nd Truck driver would like to collect next evening so I made arrangements. Then said instead will collect on 29th. Claimed a truck in California was impounded (what's that go to do with an East Coast collection). Said it would push back collection until 30th. Then heard nothing at all.
