The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer now wants me to lift all the furniture into the vehicle and then they would like me to move and rearrange the customers wherever it's goings all their furniture and they also offered me to pay me more to take another piece of furniture that's not on the uShip app to the customer and so I'm not comfortable with doing anything outside of the you ship app so I'm requesting to cancel and they're beyond their days of I was supposed to pick it up because they're running behind as usual Response from Penny S.: driver canceled day before pickup, knowing it was a priorty delivery. he had another delivery so he wanted a later day to pickup.no one told this driver to move furniture for the buyer this is all lies, this driver did not want to load or unload the furniture at pickup and delivery. he wanted to leave his trail for us to load and pick up later . also wanted to leave his golf cart here to pickup later, like we were his storage unit. very unreliable unprofessional, DO NOT USE THIS DRIVER BAD NEWS

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I advised customer to cancel because my drivers wouldn’t be able to pick up due to unforeseen circumstances.
