The carrier guaranteed pick up within 5 days. The pick up ended up being over 10 days but delivery was the next day. Really like the carriers electronic tracking feature on their website. The trucking company they out sourced was not a great one in terms of honesty. They bumped my front bumper and cracked paint. However National Transport stepped up and took care of everything.
