After agreeing to move a road ready traler at the quoted price, he made it road ready without compensation in order to save me a 100 mile trip. He had to unblock it, pull in the awning, and move in the slide. He volunteered this service when he found I had a long drive to prep it. Low and behold, once I booked my shipment I got charged $20.
