they called three hours after they were supposed to collect the vehicle. They said it was due to a car crash. It took them ages to get back to me and eventually arranged to collect and deliver the vehicle 7 DAYS LATER. Not very good service to be honest. The reason i didn't give them a poor feedback is because it might have been a genuine reason but nowadays you can't believe anyone.
