While the user interface isn't quite as nice as I would hope this "eBay for shipping" site would be, it is pretty easy to sign up and get shipping quotes. I had to wait about a week to get the quote I needed, but it was worth it. The shipper I used was very accommodating.

My experience was good because although my shipper had a slight delay on pick up, he kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on. The pickup and delivery was flawless and I was very happy that he kept me informed. The lesson for shippers here is to keep your customer informed and in the loop (even if you have a problem) and they will appreciate the effort and be happy in the end.
