Uship a été le seul moyen de trouver un transporteur pour me livrer un hard top, volumineux et fragile. Les sites de professionnels ne prenaient pas des colis si volumineux et ne traitent pas la marchandise avec grand soin... D'autre part, en tant que particulier il nous est parfois impossible d'accéder à leur service. Utilisation du site facile, informations claires.

le site n'est pas clair au niveau des frais ajoutés, certainement volontairement. sur le fond il est évident que l'intermédiaire se rémunère mais la forme ne me plait pas, elle laisse un sentiment uniquement basé sur le profit, le service n'est que le moyen. C'est dommage car le prestataire a été performant et conforme à mes attentes.
