Tim arrived ahead of schedule and in the pouring rain, loaded our boat. He made sure he had a trailer that would fit -- it was brand new! When the crank mechanism broke (obviously a defect), he was prepared with heavy duty straps and tie downs and our boat didn't budge an inch for the six hour trek. Great job Tim!
