Found out about uShip after I purchased a motorcycle from someone out of state, so I decided to give it a try. Site was easy to use, and in no time I was receiving bids. The shipper I accepted a bid from ended up bailing out of the deal, but I was able to relist and find another shipper for less money. The shipper used did a fine job, and I would use them and uShip again.

Jeorge called me arranged pickup at my brothers place. He was very professional and kept in constant communication. When he had some mechanical problems with his trailer he called to let me know he would be delayed. When we finally determined an exact drop off time he was there to the minute.

I completed the arduious task of filling in all the information for the Uship site, pressed enter, and within 10 seconds, repeat 10 seconds, Joe was on the phone. Joe did not promise fantasy land. He was real, and he delivered real. Absolutely spot on. Communicated at all turns. No mystery for me. He did all the work, and as chip as chips. It does not get any better than this.

Uship was v useful: I got several quotes within 24 hours - helpful, as I had no idea what the going rate was. Biketrans (Hotwheels) offered the most competitive price, and absolutely first rate service - they weren't based in either the collection or delivery town, so I wouldn't have thought of trying them without uship.

I ran across the site and was happy to see such a service existed. Most things were easy, but the confusing part was max bid, vs "ship it now" or whatever its called. Didn't understand that. Also, I'm expecting a refund since upon delivery i had to pay the full original bid amount although I had already paid uShip a deposit...so seems that I'm owed some funds back.
