I had the bike picked up in North Carolina and delivered in New York. Shipper was very good about contact at first, but I told him to keep me updated on movements and he did not do so. I had to call all the time and leave messages. He finally responded and delivered bike a day or two late. Overall got bike in 1 piece so am still happy.

The service and pricing I received was great. Most of the bids I received involved a two to three week delivery window and for more money than I paid for this service. The shipment only took two days, (about 600 miles), and was delivered to my home! (Some services only deliver to a hub and you have to pick up the vehicle from there).
