I found the uShip interface made pre-bid acceptance communication difficult, and use of the service in general difficult. My first listing, I didn't realize I had to ask for bids, so I got none! Things like that were not readily apparent. I think the interface needs improvement. The concept is great though, and it worked out in the end.
