He was very careful with items I pointed out as delicate, taking time to get them wrapped carefully. One table was damaged in transit (water damage), and he quickly offered to reimburse me for the repair. All in all, it was a very positive, professional experience that impressed me.

I wanted to ship 3 pieces of bedroom furniture and a new ottoman from New Orleans to Southern California, but had seen only very expensive bids, until Russ contacted me.
