I had anticipated a standard 26' truck with lift gate and pallet jacks, blankets, etc. When I arrived there was an enclosed trailer with no lift and a drop down ramp. I had to ship a bowflex, even thought they are not heavy they are bulky UPS, FedEx etc. wanted over $198 to ship it.
