UPS service arranged by agent made for mediated pickup arrangements with UPS, but gave tracking ability for shipment. UPS was a bit hard on the boxes if they contained multiple hard objects like books or tools.

My story is somewhat unique in that I was neither present during pickup or delivery. I purchased a golf cart remotely and arranged for the shipper to pick up from supplier and deliver to a 3rd party.
