The only issue I had was I was unable to find a phone number to actually speak with someone about payment questions. Being able to speak to an actual person at that moment would make the whole process much better.

The only trouble i had was that I was in Glasgow and had no way of collecting it myself. Needed a telehandler shipped cross border. Abacus handled the freight and we contacted a broker (that Nick at Abacus gave us for a contact). I had a tractor delivered. The driver was great. The company however was not they said the tractor would be their on a Monday but showed up on Wed. Never called to tell of a delay so I was caught having to stay around home for three days.

Uship has been good to me! I think it's about the only way "regular" people can afford to ship larger items via freight; plus it gives the smaller companies a chance to compete on the open market.

Canadian shipping rates are scary compared to getting equipment from the US. USHIP helps to get better quotes that are more reasonable. Will use USHIP again for sure.
