I needed to ship a marine generator back to the factory for repair. I packed it in a substantial crate made of plywood and 2x4. Weight was 250 lbs. Had it picked up at my marina and 4 business days later it was at its destination. Shipment was from Connecticut to Florida. Toghest part was the crate.
