These guys were a last minute BID, they were in the area, and were willing to go out of their way for an immediate pick-up, and had the best bid, by far. They said I would have my desk in about a week, and it arrived 1 week later. Pick up was to be "Sunday or Monday" with five hour notice. In fact it was Tuesday night at 8:30 with about 15 minute notice - and the threat of cancellation if we were not at the right place at the right time. Delivery was to be "very late" or "very early". When we requested 7 - 8 am there was no response. Delivery was at 4:15 am.

Mike communicated very well about his schedule. He even arrived early for both pickup and delivery. He was very careful with items I pointed out as delicate, taking time to get them wrapped carefully.
