WE sent Haley To Reno from Indiana in Nov. or 2009 and had a good experience with our shipper. It was a much less stressful way to ship an animal. I will never use the airlines again. My driver was perfect and really took care of the dog. It was also less money than the traditional airline cargo expenses.
