I had a large item that I needed shipped promptly. I was able to have it shipped for much lower than freight rates posted by FedEx or UPS. Shipper took good care of the item and provided prompt delivery. Looks like uShip is the way to go.

Overall the Uship process worked well. This is the kind of thing the internet was made for... matching people who need something hauled with people who do the hauling. Uship needs to explain a little better up front that they charge a fee if there is a match and the customer wants to proceed with a shipment.
