We had a car in Lafayette LA and wanted it transported to Arlington Texas. For 3 months no shipper could do it. There were kind excuses like it was out of our way, we do not have wrench, the car would not run etc. The MM transport group was very affirmative. "We will have your car in Arlington in 8 hours" they promised. That was exactly what happened. They gave no excuses.
