My previous experience using uShip was a disaster --- I accepted a bid from a broker who once they pawned off my shipment onto a sub-contractor, they were done providing me with communication updates. This time was much better. I accepted a bid from an actual independent truck driver. So, why does uShip allow brokers on here????
