I bought a car in CA but wanted to liscense it in NM where I live. CA wanted 7.75% tax. At home it is only 3%. If I drove it off the lot I had to pay CA no matter what; so therefore I shipped it into Nevada and drove it home. This is my second time using uShip. Had my non-running car shipped to Vancouver, BC from Portage La Prairie, MB to get service done. It left about 8am friday and arrived in Vancouver saturday afternoon. Saved about 500.00 since the only quot that could get for a non-running vehicle was asking 1700.00. So overall experience was great. Especially since its my first time using this. Will definitely use it again if needed.

If you stay away from the brokers with no trucks or drivers and stick with the actual trucking companies then Uship is great. The problems arise with companies trying to make a buck reselling your load. Took almost a month to get it right but very happy with MontwayAutoTransport and FLJ Transport LLC in the end.
