We had hoped to win more items on an internet auction, but just one pallet wasn't worth our hours on the road. Other than the first shipper backing out, this was a great way to find somebody to ship our small order.

This site is great, it allows the person purchasing the freight to have more control on what they want to spend. Also everyone seems to commnuncate wonderfully, which is a plus when you have a freight item out there on the roads, you know when to be at your shop to expect delivery.

We found this site and it was very helpful to find shippers, evaluate bids, and ultimately saved a lot on freight costs. Being patient is important. Waiting a couple weeks saw dramatic reduction in bids. The first bids were 2-3 times higher than the later ones.

This was a difficult load. A little to big for fork lifts, needed extra handling. Uship made it all possible.

When the truck arrived on site for the shipper to load my purchased containers the trailer height was too tall for a normall load method. The trucking company and the shipper spend a great deal of time unloading and reloading until the got all the container loaded legal. Lesson learned. Make sure about ALL trailer information, and load information.

Shipped a single pallat for a fraction of the cost of using UPS or US Mail. Very easy compared to going to post office or UPS.
