Dan was the lowest bidder and I asked him to pick up a new trailer and deliver it from Baltimore to Champlain New York. He arrived on time but the shipper did not have the trailer available so dan had to go back to pick it up 3 days later, did so for me and everything went smoothly afterwards , an absolutely perfect delivery transaction by using u-ship services.

A positive experience as far as the actual shipment goes. However, the bidding experience was very frustrating. Shippers raised initial bids if you asked a question and in one case, quoted a price, promised to get back to you with adate while other bids expired and then did not get back to you.

After days of searching for a company to transport the car from Nebraska to California, we could not get anyone to help in a timely or cost effective manner. Luckily, one contact referred us to USHIP, and it was a simple task completed in no time. The car arrived in excellent condition and on time. The service I received from my shipper was great. The only complaint I would have is in regards to the fee I had to pay to use this service. With a lot of us including myself going the hard economic times it is unbusiness like of a company like this to double dip and charge both parties a fee. It would be like E Bay charging me a fee if I am the winning bidder on a item.

This was my first time using uShip. It went pretty well despite my concerns. I will definitely us it again. I would encourage users to communicat with shippers as much as possible (via cell or email) to coordinate the pickup and drop-off.

The guys(gal) did super job, the delivery got put back a little because of weather(safty)but Michelle kept me informed and my camper showed up safe and sound.
