Company called me to pickup next day after i posted my shipment. they stayed in touch with the seller and met him to pickup the car, he was very pleased with the driver and the care he took to load the vehicle. driver contactme to keep me informed frequently until they arivd next day. I was very happy to see my car unloaded carefully and well strapped to the covered trailer.

Had some problems, mostly communication errors on their part BUT things turned out fine in the long run. At one point there was serious reason to believe that the car might have been stolen. I reached out to UShip for help and GOT NO RESPONSE - THAT was unsatisfactory. You guys need to get A LOT better with your customers when they reach out for help.
