arranged to ship dodge power wagon from south of Seattle to Blaine. Shipper delivered truck and worked hard to overcome traffic delays to deliver in a timely manner. He originally required payment up front, but agreed to payment on delivery, since I live in Vancouver, B.C., and was not able to be at the place where the shipment began. Brudas picked up our trailer, and was able to provide pictures of what it looked like at the time of pick up, so that we could compare to what was delivered. He took the extra time to make sure we knew how to properly hitch the trailer to our vehicle upon delivery. He let us know his progress each day until the time of delivery. I think UShip is a good site. It whould try to be a little less paranoid about people taking their business off it's site. If you add value, people will use your site, so don't worry and don't restrict communication so much.
