Wow - it took a while to get a bid that I was able to accept. Plenty of people willing to do it for the regular prices that I can book every day, but waiting for someone who does it for a few hundred less - that took a while. In the end it all worked out, and it was a good experience. Moral of the story - don't be in a hurry, or you'll pay the same price as calling a regular shipper.

I need to get my mare transported and had a short amount of time to find transportation. I used UShip and had several bids and one was in the time frame that I was looking for and in the price range. This is a great service and I will be using UShip again when I move.

I had a 1970 classic Chevy truck that needed to get from n.c. to n.y. The u ship policy on not being able to talk to the provider over the phone before agreeing to the bid was kind of sketchy to me and the multiple deposits concerned me. But in the end when i finally just agreed to a shipment and got an actual person to talk to get the shipment all figured out, it was worth it in the end.

eric managed to get a hold of me and make sure i was completely assured that he would bring my car to my house the fastest and cheapest way. he drove the car and inspected it for me when he got there. bc i couldnt see the car before i bought it. he took pictures of stuff he though would be bad on the car n make sure i knew about them. he drove the car very nicely without abusing it
