I had never shipped anything like this before. Site is pretty user friendly. First Shipper tried changing delivery date by weeks, USHIP allowed me to cancel with that guy, refunded that and the next guy was perfect to deal with. I will use USHIP agian, but will pay more attention to somebody's negative feedback.
