Pick up was to be "Sunday or Monday" with five hour notice. In fact it was Tuesday night at 8:30 with about 15 minute notice - and the threat of cancellation if we were not at the right place at the right time. Delivery was to be "very late" or "very early". When we requested 7 - 8 am there was no response. Delivery was at 4:15 am.
