In the end all went well. Could not reach them by phone nor could I leave any message. It was the July 4th weekend and I paniced NOT knowing if they would pick-up on time. Communication was a BIG problem but in the end they came through on time and delivered to my destination by contacting me when the driver showed up. All was well and I'm satisfied and woul;d recommend them highly.
