The price of heavy machinery is much higher than it is in the USA. It makes sense to buy in the south and import it here. Uship is good for me because I am able to be my own shipper. I am in control of the Price, timeline and trucking company. I was able to get a competitive quote without even picking up the phone.

I found the uShip site VERY difficult to navigate as a first time user. It would be extremely helpful if uShip would provide some meaningful contact information (including a phone n umber) to answer questions for first time users. I nearly gave up using uShip due to frustrations that could have been quickly resolve with a telephone call.
