Carrier promised delivery within three days, and if will not be delivered within this period shipping will be free ... shipment came after three weeks, but there was no return of fees. However I'm really happy...the parcel reached me and it was in good condition! :o) I'm just sad because he promised me a pie in the sky. :o(

Shipper was excellent and very professional. Cant say the same about uShip - email client completely bogus (asked to reply to emails and you cant with their system although you are led to believe so with their email client. Their payment system is also disconnected and very confusing.
