Service from the shipper was excellent in all respects. I am not satisfied with the manner in which the payment was explained to me by uShip. I ended up paying $100 more than I expected. My report of a problem was answered by uShip, but did not explain where "Deposit to be forwarded to the shipper" went.

First service provider who accepted the job did not provide the agreed-upon service, broke communications and did not return my deposit. Experience with Wayne Haas by contrast was to the point, clear, business-like and showed a desire to please.

Had a good experience overall. Everything was performed and delivered as promised with good communication along the way. However, now I know the importance of requiring verification of the driver's profile information (e.g. insurance) PRIOR to accepting the bid and having a deposit charged. Statements of fact made when a driver first entered the profile may no longer be accurate.
