positive experience, however, lots of people in the loop to get information, head office talks to driver and driver to head office and then to the buyer.. Easier solution once the deal has been made is to simply communicate on date and time with the driver, because he or she knows where they are at. the computer program to state where the shipment is at is excellent... very timely and effective ...
