The only thing i feel is that Uship should have a UK contact number as i had a problem with an other courier and there Uship contact email address takes to long, not very impressed with there slow response.

It's important the couriers check with the pick up person when a flexible time is given and uses the phone number provided to check there has not been an unfortunate circumstance.

Found the chest of drawers of my dreams which were 205 miles away. Arranaged courier on Thurs night for collection Sat and delivery Sun, all went smoothly thanks.
