Carriers are not being held responsible when cancelling loads. Its seems like they bid on everything and what they don't like or can't do cause of over booking the customer is left stranded.

uShip is a great place to find reasonable offers with safe and secured shippment. It was the first time for me to ship a vehical for the US to Canada. My shipping company was profissional enough to walk me through all the required documentation and clearance approvals. There were some delays becuase of that. I will be better prepared next time.
