What an incredible surprise! I am fanatical about customer service and I have finally found a company that actually surpassed my expectations. I needed to ship a Pilates Reformer Machine that I bought on Craig's list from Dallas to Missouri. I received many excellent quotes for the shipping. Unfortunately, the seller then explained that they were moving to Seattle and the shipping would have to take place within 4 days! None of the shippers were able to accommodate such a tight schedule. So I changed my dates and re-listed with an "urgent" "book it now" listing. Incredibly, I received a new quote that fit the schedule perfectly. The shipping company I used, Powerglider Shipping, was excellent at communicating throughout the process. I was e-mailed throughout the process, including when they picked-up my item and on their trip to let me know when the would be arriving. They were also courteous and prompt. I received an e-mail to rate my experience immediately following the shipment. I truly believe this rating system helps the shippers and customers to work together for optimal performance, trust, and safety. In the past, I have never wanted to purchase items that might require shipping. I shall not feel that hesitation again now that I know about U-Ship. Thank you for a great experience. Lynn M.
