I had to ship several paintings from my late mother's apartment in Brooklyn to my sister in Columbus, OH. There was also one delicate item of furniture (plant stand) and a box of miscellaneous things. Gene told me that THEY would take care of wrapping and protecting the paintings and all I had to do was to pack the box. It worked great! My sister received the delivery in just two days (despite the snowstorm in Ohio). I especially appreciated the fact that Gene called or emailed me to update and verify the time for pick-up and for delivery and to verify delivery was made. He also answered my questions via email or phone promptly (We quickly negotiated adding an extra painting ).
