In short, I needed 2 air conditioning units shipped. I gave incorrect dimension (misread the manual) and he could only fit 1 of the units. I honored our agreement, since it was totally my fault, not his! Constant contact and care was given by Stuart. He picked up on Monday early morning and delivered Tuesday mid morning! OVERNIGHT SHIPPING for 1100 miles!! WOW!! On top of it all...HE DISCOUNTED MY SHIPPING TO HELP ME AS I FOUND SOMEONE TO SHIP MY OTHER ONE HE COULDN'T FIT! Way above and beyond!!!! Thanks so much!!
