I ordered a sectional and lounger from Overstock.com. I have bought many things from them over the years and have been pleased. I will never order furniture again. It was wrongly described. They were gracious to take it back but I had to figure out the details--boxes were destroyed shipping it to me. My shipper took care of it. Overstock originally gave me the wrong address to ship it to. I called to get a number for the shipper and found out the paperwork Overstock had sent was for a jewelry repair return. Mountain Man took the changes without a problem. I was very thankful for them. I am still waiting confirmation from Overstock on receipt of the items. Never ever will I buy such a large item on-line again.
