Was let down twice by two of the service providers. They promised to pick up and deliver and I had to wait 2½ weeks before I got my item picked up and delivered. The two service providers accepted my bid and after accepting, told me of other items they were waiting for, then they had issues and informed me that they could not pick up as promised. This made me very disappointed as I had items in the box that had to be forwarded to another destination after arriving at Miami. Not very happy about that.
